WinRich Professional Services Pvt Ltd is committed to ensuring that its website is accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities, in keeping with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India’s requirement that regulated entities make their digital platforms accessible.
Conformance target
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, which is the standard referenced by SEBI and aligned with the Indian Standard IS 17802 and the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW).
Measures taken
- Semantic HTML with landmark regions (
header,nav,main,footer) and a “Skip to main content” link. - A logical heading structure on every page.
- Text and interface colours checked to meet the minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio for body text and 3:1 for large text and interface components.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators, and full keyboard operability of all menus, links and buttons.
- Links in body text are underlined so they are distinguishable without relying on colour alone.
- Descriptive text alternatives for images, and descriptive link text.
- Responsive layout that supports up to 200% text zoom and reflows to small screens without loss of content.
- Respect for the operating system’s “reduce motion” setting.
- Page language declared for assistive technologies.
Known limitations
Some linked third-party services — the client portfolio login
(portfolio.winrich.in) and the meeting scheduler
(windesk.winrich.in) — are provided by other systems whose
accessibility we are separately reviewing. Older article content is being revised
for plain-language clarity.
